Six home chefs and six professional chefs will compete in those divisions, and for the coveted people's choice award. Prizes will be offered from the Pitchfork-curated gift site Nothing Major, Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream, Chicago Humanities Festival, The Whistler, and other culinary and non-culinary delightful vendors.  Judges are Rachel Adams from Dinner was Delicious, Maggie Hennessy at Modern Baking magazine, and Katherine Duncan from Katherine Anne Confections. Panoramic & True will provide the music for the afternoon. We'll also have a raffle, and the Culinary Confession Booth, because you've come to expect leaving a Graze event with a new outlook on life.

| Join Graze magazine for a free, BYOB story slam! Attendees are encouraged to prepare a five-minute story about a holiday food disaster for the event. Storytellers will be chosen in a random drawing, and called up to the stage to tell their tales. Gaslight’s in-house roasted coffee will be available in pour-over and drip form throughout the event, as well as their signature meats and cheeses. Letherbee Distillery has provided its locally crafted gin to be served in a complimentary cocktail. Indie bakery Paper Moon Pastry will provide baked goods. Videos from Graze’s collection of Culinary Confession Booth submissions will be premiered at the event. |
